New Student
Information
Items that new students need to be enrolled at Mountain Home High School Career Academies:
· A copy of the student's transcript
· A list (or schedule) of the classes the student was taking (if the student moves during a semester)
· Transfer grades
· Shot records
· Birth Certificate
· Social Security Card
· Legal custody/guardianship paperwork if the student is under 18 and living with someone other than his/her parent
Note: The items in red above are necessary to register a student. The remaining items can be mailed from the former school. The transcript brought in by the student can be unofficial or official. An official transcript that is hand-carried into the counselors' office must be in a sealed envelope with a signature or stamp across the seal. If a student comes to register without the necessary items, we will call and/or fax the school to get these items quickly. It might delay getting a schedule made until the critical information is received.
Mountain Home High School has three academies:
· Architecture, Construction, Manufacturing, and Engineering (ACME)
· Communications, Arts, and Business (CAB)
· Health and Human Services (HHS)
