The Mountain Home High School Band is recognized throughout the state for their outstanding marching and concert performances.  The band had the honor of marching in the 80th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City in the fall of 2006.  Numerous students are selected each year to the All Region and All State Honor Bands.  Many band members each year receive college scholarships and go on to perform in college bands.  Each year the jazz band performs at many civic functions and has appeared at two shows in Branson, MO.
